Some Surveillance cameras use IR to allow them to see your eyes through sunglasses and to see better in low light. Below are some links to gear that either reflects IR light or blocks it.
This is STRICTLY for Privacy Concerns. I don't know that I want to be tracked everywhere I go. Several stores are now trying to use Facial Recognition to track you or monitor your reaction to products in the store.
